Hi Kitty, I haven't found a way to backdate an entry yet.....it would be really useful as when I'm really bad I tend to forget to always log which isn't great as I need to log for various reasons. Sorry I can't help you on this one, hopefully some of the other members will be able to help because I'm interested in the answer myself! Hope your having a good day xx
I started off with pen and paper and after the first entry I gave up!!! That's one of the reasons I keep the pain diary. My GP and pain clinic specialist nurse loved the app they were really impressed with the graph, the log and the pictures of where the pain is and the different shades for the levels of pain!
I started doing this because the benefits agency said that I'm capable of some work just because I can sit, stand, walk and talk. They did note down my social anxiety but not how bad my anxiety is all the time and nothing to how most days I'm so exhausted that I need to sleep thro the day (no matter how much sleep I get I'm always drained and exhausted) or how bad my neuralgia pain is that I'm bed bound thro some of the week if not all! So originally the citizens advice told me to keep a diary of my day to day life to document how bad things are and on the side of that my GP and pain nurse loved it as it shows how bad I am thro the day and how it all interlinks. Oh and both my GP and CBT counsellor don't think I'm in the right place to work as it'll put a lot more pressure on me and in the end make me worse!!!
You can on the catch CatchMyPain not sure about this one, as they are interlinked you should be able to. Catch my pain- go into "timeframe" click on custom, and you can put what ever day, date and time you want
