Doctor very reluctant to diagnose, and getting bit fed up as been going on in agony for over 13 years now, can't lay down at all otherwise it feels like I have no legs, sitting for longer then 5 mins gives me severe pins and needles in legs and arms and what feels like electric shocks thru my back. Walking makes my knees feel like they r gonna explode, and husband not very supportive.

very simalar situation with husband. please see another doctor and even different type such as Rhumetologist, neurologist. etc. something's going on. someone can help. you just need to find a dr that will listen better. and please don't let uncaring people in your life if possible. your a valuable person when your in pain or not. not knowing what it is. I'm sure makes it harder. do they have an idea what it might be?

I'm new here too, but have had fibro for over 20 years. Up and down with treatment. Tried regular meds, too many side effects, tried homeopathic treatments had limited results, back on homepathic last week.
Just feel bad, feel like I've lost so much of my life, family doesn't understand 😏

Another new one, just found app yesterday. In varying degreescof pain all day everyday , generally start baseline of 3 mostly 4 and as any activity continues throughout day that number quickly becomes 10 or more, vdoesnt take much to blow offcend of pain scale. The US Gov is working very hard to make pain management impossible! My doctor that has worked carefully with me to manage my pain will no longer even try, now only writing referrals to pain clinics, one who i followed protocol with for last ten months with absolutely no improvement. Recently fired that doctor for wasting my time! One of my pain issues is setting upright , sometimes I just cannot do it for the pain is just unbearable. I spent 4 hours in his office waiting my turn while he saw the 3 patients registered after me, later found he was so rushed for time and had over 60 patients on schedule that day because he canceled all Friday appointments so he could leave early for a conference in Brussells the following week. This doctor practices in West Virginia! Tell me how he "cares and values his patients", his answer for everything was epidural steroidal injections! When that didnot fix things you got shoved into the "i dunno" queue and left to suffer till you grew upset enough to scream for your own good. I am now searching for help all over again.
