Umm...lots of things...
LDN (low dose Naltrexone)
Many vitamins
Lemon balm
Organic ice berg lettuce --- it was a random craving, might just have a good form of vitamins for my gene mutations
Magnolia bark
Tonic water
Aromatherapy usually gives me headaches, unless it's food 😂😮

We've had a few post discussing holistic methods to treating pain on here before :) I like seeing that people want to only use natural methods! Yet I wish the natural methods had more of an effect on most people! I've tried aroma therapy, Zero balance therapy, acupuncture and a couple more holistic things but nothing has changed anything for the better for me. Just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean you shouldn't give it a try though!

I combine traditional medicine with natural remedies. I do light stretching, guided meditation, Aroma Therapy, healing stones, reiki, essential oils, biofeedback, etc.. I have found them to be a brief distraction at best. If I'm with horses, nothing else in the world exists. However after 22 years, 29 surgeries and such deterioration of my bones, joints, discs and a pain level of 7 (on a good day) I need to take the pain meds that I've been given by the doctor. By the way, welcome to our community!! Have a great day. {{{Hugs}}} 💕🙏🏻🌻

I'm allergic to many rx meds for pain. I use several rx for migraines, muscle spasms, and other things like my asthma & allergies. I tried natural honey once and had a reaction to it, but eat processed honey just fine. Lol. I also use vitamins, Tylenol Arthritis, chamomile, green tea, melatonin, eat organic as much as possible & fruits & veggies a out. I'm trying to reduce my sugars, especially processed sweets. And I'm on natural hormone replacement. 🙂🙏🌼💕

Thanks to every one for all the suggestions. I plan to try them too. I have had some results with acupuncture and swimming.

I do also take Rx meds for asthma, chronic sinus infections, and other things that come up. If I hadn't tried them, I would not have kept trying to find meds, research, and experiment

I like the idea of holistic treatment options but I feel like it needs a section of its own because its so diverse and one can get lost. What do you guys think?
