I was wandering if any Pain sufferers have any good anti inflammatory/Pain relief tea recipes or Concoctions???? I’m having a RF Ablation Wednesday and I wanted to try a holistic pain solution

Personally I’ve had some luck with peppermint, clove and ginger, folks online say turmeric is great but I haven’t tried it. Ginger’s also p good for nausea in my experience.

I use a cannabis tea that works great. I purchased it from a reputable CBD oil seller in our local town. It tastes gross but a sweetener helps! 😂

I haven't tried any teas except for something to help me sleep. I'll be watching this post for suggestions. I started taking Cosamin ASU on the advice of my spine doctor (DDD and OA & stenosis/neuropathy). He said it's better than the chondroitin and Cosamin products out there. I was skeptical but tried it. Then they took me off 2 weeks for a procedure, and wow could I tell it! My joints hurt worse without it, so I restarted it and have stayed on it since. I'd say it's my arthritis that it helps, not my fibromyalgia. And when my Sjogrens flares up it doesn't help, because my Sjogrens is now affecting my joints.
Good luck trying out different teas, and keep us posted on what works. I keep hearing about tumeric. 🙂❤🙏🌼

FlappysLady,I am researching different herbs that have proven studies of reducing inflammation like mint , Fennel, Turmeric, and cinnamon, and for pain Tart Cherry,St John’s Wort and Valerian root for spasms and muscle cramps, I am determined to come up with a natural pain relief concoction that’s suitable for the palate, does not interact with meds, and does not cause other problems, I have gotten tired of insurance companies loopholes to get relief and costly procedures that are used for temporary relief. I tried CBD oil and it seems to work better than most medications, but it too seems complicated to get because of living in Ga , the oils here are not as potent. So if oil from a cannabis/Hemp helps I suspect there are other plant based things would be helpful too, Because this DDD, Spondylitis And Foraminal Cervical Stenosis has wreaked havoc on my body enough

Not long now will be legal in most countries all-ready moving in the meds side and others following quickly even for recreation.

Thanks for the suggestions Cb1227. I'm also in GA and it does limit us. I'm definitely willing to try natural things. My doc increased my gabapentin and I haven't done it yet because last time I took more then the 300-400mg at bedtime only, I slept through the days. My body is super sensitive to any meds because of the genetic defects with my body's ability to absorb & metabolize meds. 🙂❤🙏🌼

Living in GA also, but the oil which is helping helps my headaches. But Copibia helps the nerve hum down my legs .
