CatchMyPain Community and Pain Diary App to manage chronic illness

How can I document physio/massage in the app?

Hi there,
I'm new to catch my pain.
The intro video made me think there would be a way to capture treatments (not meds) so I can track their correlation to pain levels, but I can't figure out where in the app to capture this. Any help?

You can document non-medication treatments within the clipboard symbol and click on "influences."

I don't see a clipboard symbol - can you give me dummy instructions from the home page of the app? Thanks :-)

The way that I was able to add influences, was by using the Catch My Pain website. I figured it would be the same as the app, but was shocked to see today, that you can't add influences through this app. Sorry. But you may be able to through the Pain Companion app.

That explains it! I'll try the website.
Thank you!

The Google play store has this app. After you localize your pain you can turn the illustration front side back that has 4 pain levels of the spot on your body. After that click bottom right for details mark the ones that is best for you... But I forget if the app saves the entry or we have to. I messed up first time cause I didn't realize I could zoom and do better job at drawing on the illustration. Lol.
