I never posted here before, but I read your questions and answers. I've been having some new issues that I can't seem to get thru. I'm wondering what you do to distract yourself..? Thank you

Oh this stupid phone . I read a lot to get my mind off the pain, also watch tv,and play with my granddaughter. This is a wonderful group of people who are caring and compassionate people. Who are willingness to help with suggestions, and life experiences. This is a no judgment zone where anyone can say anything.

I tend to sing or watch tv, or on really good days write or draw or play the piano

I watch lots of youtube videos. Right now I'm watching videos about gardening because i want to try growing a couple of things next year.
There's a woman with fibro on there who gardens her channel is the abled gardener. I find her videos encouraging.
I tend to watch and read lots about a topic for a while and then move on to something else.
Also watch lots of Netflix. Can't do commercial tv the commercials kill my focus.

For me: anything I like to do, resting, and medical marijuana.

Wish they would hurry up and legalise medical marijuana in Australia

I sleep. As much as I possibly can. Sometimes I just wish I could go to sleep and not have to wake up anymore. But you can't say that stuff out loud. Best wishes and God bless and gentle hugs

Jesswoo76 seems like as I learn to do things that I can handle then that goes out the window. I used to love being outside but now it's either way hot or cold. So I started to do this zentangle drawing now my hands mess up. I get so frustrated!
