How do you get yourself out of a funk

Overwhelmed with pain, depression , the feeling it's never gonna get better , multiple surossis sucks I want my life back

Honestly... "Self love" if you know what I mean. For me endorphins kick in and helps with the pain and deppression. At least for a while. Sorry if this offends anyone. Is not my plan too.

I'm right there with you. No one knows I am depressed and anxious all of the time due to all of my medical issues. I try and grin through the day so no one notices 😔

It can seen overwhelming at times but you're a warrior. You're stronger than you give yourself credit.

There are times I let my CRPS bring me down and sometimes to a dark place. I am transparent with my partner, friends, and peers. I try to let them know when I'm having a good or bad day.

I can understand what it feels like eating to just get back to the life before injury. Focusing on the positive things in your life is what will help you get through these difficult times.

Read a book, drink some tea, have a movie night and wrap up in a warm blanket. But be sure to take care of yourself and ask for help when you need it.
