Dress in layers, due to thyroid & hormonal temperature issues. Wear gloves with open finger tips to keep my hands from hurting as bad.

Theratherm makes a very nice moist heat heating pad in a couple of useful sizes. I have one near my sofa and one by my bed. They last forever, travel friendly and the heat is deep and relieving. Sometimes I get so cold I cannot heat up with just a blanket or by sitting near a fire. I just sit for a few minutes with the full body pad beneath me and the neck/jaw pad around the back of my neck and the stiffness truly starts to melt while my body heats up. Regular heating pads don’t work for me. There’s just something special about the moist heat in this one I couldn’t live without. Also, the pocket size heat paks for skiers and the like are also great and easy to use and activate. Put them in your shoes and gloves and then Sigh. https://www.sourceortho.net/theratherm-digital-moist-heating-pad/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI0pD3paWM3gIVCavsCh3vZwjcEAQYAyABEgLNPvD_BwE#

I have an electric blanket or even a heating pad that I use when I'm aroung the house, even a heated travel blanket for the car.
