Today I am using Biofreeze on my neck! My husband hates the smell! Lol Something it gives me relief! If this don't work I might get out my TENS unit!

I use deepfreeze as it doesn’t smell or anything, get in bed early and sleep and as soon as I wake up in pain I think of te past life without pain and it helps me relax and drift to sleep

I like deep blue from doterra, biofreeze when I'm out of that, tens, meditation, pain meds and heating pad. Really want to try cbd but super nervous. Seems like it's everywhere and i want to be sure it's authetic and reputable.

I've tried most other topical pain analgesics including Voltaren, Rub A353, and Tiger Balm. The only topical analgesic that works somewhat well for me is Biofreeze. I also use heat, and braces for my wrists, knees and ankles.

It sounds like I need to try biofreeze. I use Voltaren and it doesn't seem to do much for me, certainly not as much as I hoped it would. I haven't tried biofreeze because I assumed a script would be better than otc. Next trip to the store I'll be picking some up.

It's worth a try. It obviously wont work the same for every person, but it reduced some of my joint pain from where I can't use my wrists to where I'm able to do everything except heavy lifting.

It really depends where the pain in my body is. Voltaren extra strength only.... It really works for my knees.
I use Tiger Balm on my neck after a shower or tens unit.
When my feet feel like they have been crushed, I put the Tens on it.
CBD didn't work for me. Only the meds that the Doctor give me take away the pain when it's really bad.
I am going to try biofreeze after all your recommendations.

I use biofeeeze in the roll on and spray form. The spray seems most effective but is more expensive. I use a heated mattress pad under my sheets that is as long as the bed, so I have heat head to toe. Coldness is my kryptonite. My body begins malfunctioning in all sorts of ways if I let myself get cold. Even the air conditioner will flair me up for days. So I have plenty of warm socks gloves and hoodies for home and in my car. I take tramadol. I add a bit of Xanax if I’m severely pained. Calms the pain spiral. CBD oil works for me. Under the tongue daily, but that’s expensive so I use it for acute pain by vaping it. I’m a non smoker, but vaping just 2 long puffs takes care of me for a couple hours. I rarely use it anymore because I don’t like inhaling anything, but it’s great in a pinch. No real side effects to speak of. Just be careful not to try it if you a regularly drug tested, because it can show up as weed in your system. I read a story about a guy whose company had a no tolerance policy and he was fired for taking hemp oil for severe pain. Good luck to you! Ask anything you’d like about cbd and I will help if I can.

I can’t control the pain. In a nutshell. I can’t take what I need and what I can have ie codeine and paracetamol, do bugger all except in the event of light to moderate headaches. I just have to try not to throttle people with my short temper when I’m ready to scream in agony and remind myself it’s just temporary. Something will be found, developed, smuggled in teacups (it might happen. Weird stuff happens), at this point I don’t give a hoot how; as long as it doesn’t do more harm than good. One foot in front of the other and plod along.

Yesterday I just moved the hotpad around while I worked at my desk. At lunch got a microwavable should neck pack. Looks like today will be the same during the times I can be in my office.

I use Pennsaid it has no smell but it is RX. Bio freeze also helps. I could not stand the smell of tiger balm but I hear it helps many people but whewww the smell. I also use tens and heating pad or ice depending what kind of pain I am having. The best thing about the Pennsaid is that dries completely and you can use a tens unit if you need to. They make a patch that is impregnated with pennsaid but insurance will not cover it so I beg for samples. The patch is Flector and approx 4 X 6 the directions say leave it on for 12 hours I leave mine for 24 hours with no problems. You can even cut them if needed. They work awesome for me however they are 200.00 for 30 patches I believe. Phizer bought the company that made them but offers NO coupons or assistance however they offer both on Viagra ....Guess we know what they care about.
