How long does it take to get a diagnosis and to be treated?

Hello, I'm 28 feeling like I'm 90. Both of my hands(wrists and fingers) are stiff and hurt a lot, both ankles, knees feel like Shardy broken glass, my elbows are paining, I get twitches, and sharp pains when I'm laying down, I can't stand, I can't work, it hurts to type. Ibeprofen doesn't work, acetaminophen doesn't work, generic T3s don't work, percacets make me feel soo sick but they kinda work, cannabis works but I need a diagnosis first to get a prescription instead of off the street. I have a rheumatologist appointment in a month from now. I feel hopeless, I can't even get to the bathroom by myself. It all started last year idk when with my ankles and overall crunchy feeling in my feet, then around March my knees and wrists, then about 3 days ago, the pain got worse, it feels like broken glass in my knees, and new pains in elbows and hips are creaky. I dont know what to do while I wait, idk what will happen or what it might be for certain. Please, any input , I'm all ears.

It’s very challenging to sustain with so much pain because no matter what it breaks you down but I would say you must never lose hope & keep yourself moving. It looks like rheumatoid arthritis but can be autoimmune disease like lupus. You should get an earlier appointment so that you can start your treatment as early as possible because investigations also take time.

Could be fybromyalgia that pain is wide spread throughout the body try taking magnesium and glucosamine for your joints they are herbal so should help also try Epsom salts in a bath, pain patches can help like the heat ones sometimes, or maybe deep freeze spray whatever works for you.
I have different things up with me fibromyalgia is one of my conditions rhumetologist diagnosed this.

My blood work came back negative for everything, but my urine sample had blood in it :( I just went to my family doctor today to get something stronger for the pain and he gave me a months prescription for ibuprofen 600mg, said I can take it with Tylenol, even though I already said i was taking 400mg with Tylenol 500mg.

I took a Epsom salt bath last night it helped while i was in there. I was using rub A535 until it stopped working on me, then I bought tiger balm ultra strength and that didnt quite do it and then I bought a pain relieving massage oil and used all 3 of them together and it wasn't enough and THEN I bought 'Lakota' roll on pain reliever for arthritis and it buuuurrrns sooo good, it actually feels like it's getting in there, and it stays on for like 3 days. The only thing is hot water makes it burn even more. I'm also using a heating pad, I can't handle the cold, I feel stiff. Also when I'm stressed out I get really stiff and the pain gets worse.
