I use both Catch My Pain (CMP) and Pain Companion (PC) but they are sister apps, you have to make sure you login as already a member. There are slightly different features to both like you can send private messages in PC but not in CMP and you can edit and add pain logs in CMP but not in PC so I find it handy to use both
I tried a few other apps before this one and didn't like the layout and you couldn't log fatigue and anxiety levels in them either.....my doctor likes to see it all as it's all interlinked.
I found a good app for logging pain. It's very detailed - you can log the type of pain and level by circling areas rather than having to use text to describe the pain type. It requires less "work" and "thinking" in my opinion. When I'm feeling really crummy, last thing I want to do is make my brain do extra work lol The app is called "Nanolume". It is only for logging pain though, no community.
To delete a message, I believe that you just need to put your finger on the right side of the screen and slide it left. There will be an option to delete. At least I think there is.. I could be wrong. (It's been known to happen before).🤗💕
