How many pain logs per day?

How many pain logs are you creating each day? My doctor said I should be doing multiple

I typically do 3-4 or if I notice any changes in my pain I do one.

I aim to do at least 3 or 4 a day.....morning, lunch, dinner and before bed as I'm keeping a pain and mood diary so there's a snapshot of how I am throughout the day. I normally do 3 as at times in the day I'm asleep and at times I do 5 for when I wake up in the night.....Painssomnia!!!!
It all depends on how you feel thro the day and night with your pain and what you're doing.
Hope that helps a little and have a peaceful day xx

Is 3-4 the doctor recommended amount?

Are people in this app using the logs or is the community everyone's favorite?

I worry my logs are not detailed enough

Are you using the logs at the Catch My Pain app. (its kind of the sister app to this one.) that's where I do all my charting using a different sign on and e-mail there.

I love the community. Most would think it's just an added bonus but it's so much more than an after thought. In so many ways it helps.
- by inspiring each other to keep moving even when we want to drag our butts.
- by sharing tips and ideas each of us have tried and found worked.
- by helping us all connect with others who understand instead of our spouses and kids who we hope will never truly understand because only a fellow sufferer can.

So when you hear that saying that laughters the best medicine - you will think of this group and how many here prove on a daily basis that laughter does having healing (for the soul) powers.

PS if this post makes no sense just chalk it up to sleepness nights. Mr Sandman got lost once more.

Mimikay that makes perfect sense.....Mr Sandman got lost on his way to me as well!!!
Pugger what Mimikay says is true, I've only been using this app for around 3 weeks and I've found it a relief to finally meet people who understand chronic pain and the issues that come hand in hand with it like anxiety and depression. There are many threads that I've found funny and has helped me smile when I didn't think I could have.
When I've struggled and needed to sound off everyone on here has sent very supportive and understanding messages.

Welcome to the family xx

I've lost the ability to decipher the difference in painful areas unless something really gets bad. I generally do a pain chart once or twice a week. Sometimes more of I can be bothered.
