Rest as much as needed, hydration with electrolytes, Epsom salt/baking soda baths, meditation, yoga, and good green foods :)

I try to sleep if I don’t sleep I make myself sleep, usually with medical marijuana. I also like to take baths with epsom salt as well. I escape with music I just listen and try to distract myself. My worst flares when I can’t stop throwing up, again I’ll try to put myself to sleep with medical marijuana. If you don’t have access to that there’s other natural things you could try to help you sleep like melatonin. Also I take a very high amount of vitamin d and tumeric.

I tried medical mj but it didn't really do anything.. I still buy CBD edibles and take during bad days.. I was told by my rheumatologist I needed to treat the pain as I m housebound and usually bedridden and only 30.. I saw the pain specialist 10days ago and are trying a patch that u change weekly and it gives medication hourly.. I'm also taking Vicodin for the breakthrough pain.. I've been able to do more than usual and was getting excited.. then I had a horrible night... hence 330am and I'm awake..

I try to listen to my body as much as I can so I know how to manage my symptoms. During a bad flare, initially I will fast for 24 hrs only drinking apple cider vinegar and raw honey in tea + lemon infused water. I can almost feel a build up of crap in my body there is so much pressure. I try to relieve it with a bit of resistance exercises, yoga and meditation. Mostly sleep is important. I am now at a point that the only flares I can't control in any way are the ones related to the weather. I also use an assortment of vitamins, supplements, hormones and medical marijuana.
