I'm having trouble understanding how to maximise my use of this app. I log my pain once every couple of days or sometimes within a day. I don't think I'm doing so correctly. What's the proper way of logging your pain chart? Do it at a fixed time once a day? Twice a day?
Just too bad I have to use another app for keeping track of my meds. I'm using the iPad version at this stage.
Post here how you utilise this app to its full potential. I'm eager to learn.
I chart everyday midmorning. I utilize the note section for things like medication changes, diet changes and any edits I need to chart from later in the day, example started out good day and ended up with big pain in shoulder or whatever. I also note my type of pain- bone, joint, muscle and swelling. I have noticed trends that I never would gave put together without charting daily. I also have used a new entry to chart insomnia from pain. I would not answer every part but at least color in pain and chart time. Hope this gives you some ideas.
I use to make new entries as my pain changed but it caused a lot of problems. Now I make one entry a day, and I also use the notes section for unusual changes. I hadn't thought about the meds part. I keep up with my meds through an app called Dosecast, because it notified me when to take what meds. I could email it to my docs but I don't. I'm careful about putting to much info anywhere, especially in light of all this hacking going on. I try to read and make posts 1-2 times a day. 🙏🌼
Octobot I used to chart my pain through the day as it changed but like Flappsy said it got to be too much. Sometimes I may go a few days in between charting my pain, then I do it once.in the note section I write where all I hurt. Hope this helps.
