I live in an extremely dry climate and I always feel better when there is humidity. I think weather and pressure fall into that frustrating 'different for everyone' category.

I live in central Texas. It gets really humid and I do notice more joint pain those days.

Weather changes are a nightmare. I talked with my rhumatologist about it and he said its the pressure changes that effect our bodies. Yes it is real everyone. Just google it. With pressure changes the forces of gravity change on our bodies.

Humidity with heat kills me. It feels like someone is hammering needles into my skin.

Pressure changes and extreme hot/cold also impact me.

It started to rain suddenly while I was out running errands today. The humidity and change in air pressure caused so much pain that I was barely able to drive back home. I got back just in time, I wasn't able to leave bed for the rest of the day.
