I been missing, Tarlov

Jul 27, 2016 11:24 PM

Hi Everyone! I haven't been on here lately. I've had such an exciting 2 months, sarcasm here. We got new pets in our attic and that was a trial to sort out. It seems bats are protected! So that meant waiting on the babies to be able to leave with momma. Which meant turning the AC off due to the smell and other unpleasant things. So my insurance Company moved us to a hotel, but only after a ER visit. Fun, not. But for the newbies who don't know me, I have a rare disease, Tarlov cysts. They form along the lower part of the spine on your nerve roots. Symptoms are the famous sitting on hot rocks, feeling like a boot is shoved up your rear, tinkling on yourself or just not going, not being able to sit upright. Bee sings in the privates, weird nerve symptoms down one leg or the other and in your feet. To get me through all the learning my new normal as I like to call it, I blog and blog.... I am a sarcastic positive person. But I try to help anyway I can. I haven't done the companion app, heck this one keeps me busy.

Oh gosh, zetarlov, that sounds like your family has had an awful time! You have been missed!! I had no idea bats are protected. I'm glad we don't have too many of them in my area, only in the wooded areas mostly. I trust you are back home in your own comfort *as much as we can be*! Btw, in the Pain Companion app, we can now attach photos, docs, etc, and private message. And it's available for iPhone & Android users. I use the catch my pain app to document my symptoms, but I prefer the pain companion app for the forum chat. Hugs love & prayers that you have no long term issues from the bars! πŸ™‚πŸ’•πŸ™πŸŒΈ

Zetarlov, I am so sorry you had such an irritating 2 months. Who knew that bats were protected. You learn something new every day!! I'm glad to see you've returned to the community. You're always uplifting and laughing about things that make most folks cry. You're strong and a warrior like the rest of us and it's a good family we have here. I just got the companion for the iPhone and it's cool to be able to send photos and private messages, etc. There are a few bugs they need to work out but I'm sure it won't be long. Glad you're back. {{{Hugs}}}πŸ’•πŸ™πŸ»πŸŒ»πŸ˜Š

Thanks, I didn't want to bog ya'll down with the headache of insurance, lol. I am sarcastic when having to deal with people who work for a company and I understand the definitions of their term better than them. So, for those in the South that will be dealing with bats the next few years. Your homeowners insurance does covrrr getting rid of them and attic insulation remove and replacement.

I love your sarcasm. Makes me laugh in the middle of my pain! Nice to meet you. So the boot up the butt originated with you?!! Lol. I have seen it in a couple of posts. I have it, too, tho probably not as much as you.

My favorite is sitting on brimstone! And my friends and family know that "pain" is not to be used, it is discomfort unless I am crying. Then when asked about "recovery " I make them define what they mean. They are now reading my blog so they can understandme. .
