I can't load my diagnoses.

Even though my iPad is connected to wifi, I get an error message stating that either my device or Catch My Pain's system is experiencing trouble connecting to the internet.

My android device is doing the same. I even uninstalled and re-installed.

Hi there,

the problem is due to the provider of the diagnoses database. We have addressed the problem and it will be solved with the next update (planned towards the end of next week).
