My lower back makes a "C" shape and causes extreme poison to the point where I can't move. Now I have began having tingling in my right leg and arm as well as my face on the right side. I am also dizzy when I lay down. HELP!

Dailysurvivor, if these are new symptoms (the dizziness laying down and the tingling on the right side) you really should call your doctor and see what he/she says. The "C" shape you describe in your lumbar spine is what's called Lordosis.. I have that as well. (Moderate Lordosis) and it puts extreme pressure on your lower spine and also can cause sciatica pain, pain and tingling down your legs, etc. I don't know why your face would be going tingly though. The dr. Said if it didn't get better by tonight to go to the ER. Not sure what that means or what they will do but yup.

Well i went ahead and went in. They gave me a muscle relaxer and pain killer.
