I made lists!

The real challenge is to find all these organically grown without toxic pesticides or growth hormones. . And preparing meals gluten and dairy free, and without adding salt😑 .. Anyone live in fort worth and is growing a garden? ┐(´д‘)┌

You know I'm just gonna blend these up and drink them.. Anyone fair while preparing dinner? (I need to be accompanied at all times) (ಥ_ಥ)

Anyone *faint is what I meant. It happens a lot ƪ(•̃͡ε•̃͡)∫ especially when the recipes call for many steps like three things at once ゚( ゚இ‸இ゚)゚ ⏳🍚⌚🍳

I haven't fainted when cooking. But i do make sure that i sit down for all prep work and for bigger more complicated things i make sure prep is 100% done before i start cooking. I chop everything up while sitting and i measure everything out into little bowls so that i can just dump it in. Then i put it in a line in the order I'm going to need it so i can just grab the next one. Cooking and i don't get along at all. Anything you can do to make it easier?

Due to my vein reflux and pelvic vein congestion I have edema in my lower legs. I either sit at the table or on a still to prep or cook.

I made brakefast meal preps. But everyone eats them so I prep every 4 days.
