I'm sorry you have all over pain and joint pain. I hope you get answers soon. I don't want to discourage you but sometimes it takes a long time to get answers. There are some people here who still don't have answers. The doctors run tests to eliminate things. Prayfully you'll get answers soon.

Welcome to the community butterfly36! I'm sorry to hear you are hurting. Unfortunately AnimalLover2 is right about it sometimes takes a long time to get answers and treatments that truly help you cope. I've had chronic pain since my late 20's with OA, but I didn't have severe pain until it started in 2007. It wasn't until 2009 that fibromyalgia was dx and Sjogrens was added in 2012 I think. With fibro fog it gets harder to remember dates and timelines. Unfortunately due to unrelated surgery that's caused other chronic pain & more medical issues I left work in 2010 & am now disabled.

I'm not telling you this to discourage you, but to help you understand that if your issues could take months or years to get the answers. So many medical issues share so many common symptoms and there in lies the reason it takes so long; doctors have to wedd out by elimination through tests until they get the answers (many autoimmune issues can be dx with bloodwork).

In the meantime while you wait, try pacing your activities & rest periods, use OTC pain ointments, warm shower & heat or ice, & gentle stretches to help you find out what may help you cope easier day to day. Be willing to try other's suggestion, including dietary changes, as sugar & gluten is connected to higher inflammation in the body. Not everything works for everyone, so be open minded. Sending hugs love & prayers you will get answers sooner than later, and find what helps you cope best!
