i think i retore my ACL again after already having surgery 2 years ago.

I tore my acl 2 and a half years ago, had surgery 6 months after my tear. Went through rehabilitation, a year after all that I sprained the same knee I had surgery on. Now it's been 2 years and I've sprained that same knee over 20 times. You're right the pain hurts like crazy.

They drilled a hole in my bone put 2 plastic nails and a nub to create a new acl. imagine after that spraining it over and over, and over again.. I have became depressed for 4 years and this had made it worse.

I just recently sprained that knee again, this time was the last straw I knowmy knee officially retore again because it's been 4 weeks (a month) and it hurts swollen, still can't walk, it burns, aches, twitching, hot, my foot on the bad knee is always super cold. And my while leg is tingly.

Did I mess up my knee up badly again?

It sounds like you may be doing more damage not going to the doctor. Have you been there in the last month? Since your foot is cold and your leg tingling you may have a circulatory issue or may have developed RSD. The burning, swelling, tingling, pain are all symptoms. You should consult a neurologist and revisit your orthopedic surgeon. Perhaps there is something that can be done to make it better without having to go through surgery again. I would try icing it and see if that gives you any relief at all. If you have a TENS Unit, that may offer some temporary pain relief as well. Definitely seek medical attention again as you don't want to cause more damage assuming what it can be. Sending you positive vibes, gentle {{{Hugs}}} and prayers that you get relief and that the doctors are able to make you better.🌻🙏🏻

I have been honestly been begging my parents to take me, I have no insurance and my father doesn't know what to do.
Therefore I have no idea what to do either expect to deal with this pain once again.
It's been swollen for a total of four or more weeks, I have been putting ice and elevated my knee so many times during that time period.
Also I forgot to mention I have discoloration on my knee.
My dad got me this numbing joint and muscle creme last night. It helps a little bit.
I truly do want to seek medical attention.
thank you so much for replying to my fourm, I really appreciate it. Have a great night/day 😊😌😌

I am sorry that you have to suffer with this. You have no coverage but if you go to the doctor they will bill you and you can make a payment plan. If there is discoloration, perhaps you are having a stress bleed from the injury. In other words, causing a fresh bruising when you exert the knee or put weight on it. You may want to use crutches abd not bear any weight on it for a few days and see what happens. Let me know how you're doing.. By the way, welcome to the community!

It's okay, or at least it will be okay. Hopefully. yeah, I know that they can do a payment plan I told my dad that. It would only be 45$ a month. I honestly think he's just not this seriously, he probably thinks I'm being dramatic. If only he knew. I'm sorry, but I forgot to mention yet again that I felt bubbles or air coming from my chin to the top of my knee. It tickled and felt as if Something was crawling on me.
I have crutches from my first surgery, I do use them every where I go And I wear a brace.
Thank you for everything you don't know how much you've helped me gain a clearer state of mind.
I Definitely will let you know how it's doing in a couple of days.
Thank you. I'm glad I found this app.

Rachse11, I'm sorry you've reinjured your knee. AlwayZ has given you the best advice, to seek medical care & to keep it elevated and rest. You're in my prayers. 🙏🌼
