WOOHOO!!!! I feel so MUCH better after my emergency neurologist appointment this morning. Went into that appointment thinking that he was just going to throw more meds at me, but incredibly that's not what happened. I kept telling people that there was a problem because as most of you know I have pseudotumor cerebri, which means "false brain tumor". My body thinks there is a brain tumor but there is no brain tumor there. So because he was concerned with what I was telling him, they are going to do a MRV(basically an MRI that involves a contrast injection) as well as the optic nerve photo on Monday. Get a break for a few hours and then follow up, get the results and go forward from there. I'm a little bit hesitant to do the MRV because it involves being stuck and you guys know how much I hate that even on good days. But it's for the best at this point. If it leads to a shunt or a stent, I don't care. I'm tired of having almost constant headaches from this crap.
That's about all I have right now. Have a good day and be blessed.
