I went to the gym on Wednesday (sorry no sweaty gym selfies, next time!) , then passed out on my bed with my uniform and shoes on and a migraine after work Thursday! Today my shoulders are stiff from the workout, and my rib pain is quite bad but fatigue isn't too bad. I can still feel most of the pain under the amitriptyline but it's like the edge has been taken off and I dont care as much. Today was my fifth day taking it. I wonder how it will continue to work in the future!

Great job going out and moving. I had to reduce my gym time drastically because I'm also in PT and I injured myself using the torso twist machine at the gym. So just be mindful of your form and don't increase to quickly. Otherwise greatly job keep it up
