i wonder if it will work! 🙏

Okay I ordered a tens machine yesterday, because my pain is just getting worse and pain killers are not working. So iv read in a few places about how they have helped them with there sciatica pain. So I thought won't do any harm in trying it. So fingers crossed that it helps! Has/anyone tried one?

Wasn't my thing, I was too numb to feel anything, but in saying that I've read positive reviews.. I guess things can work for some but not for others. Best of luck to you!! Fingers crossed! 🌺

I've tried one before and it really did help with the sciatica pain that I've been feeling. Told by PT that also stretching the piriformis muscle which is right above the butt really helps. Haven't had any issues with it since. My only problem was getting the pads in the right place.

Hi paperdolly! I have one and use it every so often. I do find that it helps. You can look online for help with where to place the leads/pads.

Paper dolly, I actually have used one many times. I also had one implanted but that had to be replaced 4 times and it's broken and I can't get it replaced because of all the scarring and degeneration in my spine. The TENS Unit isn't really my thing because I start to feel numb in my fingers and skin and feel uncomfortable. Everyone is different, I hope it works for you.

It came today, and it has helped! Omg the pain in my ankle that nothing helped with has eased off.

Yay! Glad it helped. Sometimes my tens machine is the only thing that keeps me partially functioning

Wasn't done with my text....I just wanted not say I have been thinking about trying one but just haven't gotten around to it yet. If you don't mind me asking where you ordered from? You might save me a lot of leg work.

Paperdolly24, I'm glad to hear that. Mine helps too, when I remember... 1)to use it & 2) where I put it. Darn fibro fog!!
