* Maybe a food/ingredient/meal chart. As no one knows if diet issues are involvec on flares. this could be helpful. Also, this might make me more mindful of how I am in pain when I dont eat right, or how much I binge sugar when Im not feeling good.
* An air pressure add on. The weather part is nice, but I would love to see if the flux in air pressure is part of it. A wind storm is about to hit the Pacific Northwest. It's suddenly all over th news and peopke are flipping. I knew it was coming about 4 days ago.
Valdeen. Which app do you use for pain diary. I use the Catch My Pain app and it does have a place to check the different descriptions that describe your pain. Wish there was more space for writing notes. :)
