Silly me. I started feeling better in September, but last night it hit me again. Severe abdominal pain in my upper right side, under my ribs. Nausea just too add too the mix. Of course, my fibro never went away, so feeling that too. I WANT TOO SCREAM!
Chocolat, I do. But I have IBS, predominately constipation. At times it feels like my stomach isn't emptying and my food is backing up, which then causes nausea. I've ended up at the er or doctors twice, and my stool was not moving, causing severe pain at the areas where the intestines bend "L". I have to take still softeners, Senokot-S, and Psyllium fiber to try and stay regular. And then occasionally I get hit with incessant diarrhea, which causes incontinence. Fun...not! 🙏🌼
So glad I read your post! Today I'm dealing with a large amount of discomfort in my bowels & sides. I hit the Miralax tonight, so I can free up the amount building up. I have to work to get the movement and have already experienced a repair of the bladder from the extensive straining. Which, it's why I am posting. I don't think some doctors stress the need to eat enough fiber and take a supplement that works for you. Natural Calm at some health food stores it's awesome for regularity. Of course, the amounts of opioid taken makes a big difference. I recently have been reducing my opioids, I hit a road block and added back in to my daily regime. This is my ah ha moment with this post. No wonder I'm getting backed up! The increase. Sometimes you.need to see it. Thanks for your posts!
Sounds like when I was having gallbladder attacks. They landed me in the hospital three times. Each time was over a week and then they finally found the problem. I had enough stones to make a necklace... LOL!! After 2 trips to the ER, having tests (and being there for over 8 hours both times) and then the hospital admissions, I was done. I know how awful that pain is. Sending prayers that they figure out what it is and can make it better for you.🌻🙏🏻
I just had three block w daily opiods and they gave me movantik. It is made for ppiate users. Have u tried it? I agree I just want empty carbs like bread and crackers and that isn't getting anything to move. Gotta get veggie fiber! Hope u feel better soon
