I'm tired of hurting constantly. Bedtime is a nightmare. Too hot, too cold, not enough covers, too much cover. Ugh. Then the flipping and flopping. Seriously considering making a ushaped maternity pillow. I read somewhere this helps. Y'all, my disability can't start fast enough! I have no insurance and am fastly racking up medical bills in addition to my daughters from her thyroid cancer. Stress!!!! = high pain! Trying to meditate. De wants me to go to pain clinic but no $$$. Ok I'm done ranting. Thanks for reading and bless you!
I completely understand, between menopause & fibro... I hope you can find a way to get more restful sleep. I stopped buying the expensive high thread-count sheets and now buy 250-count percale sheets. It's definitely helped with the"not enough/too much" covers. These sheets actually breathe, and in cold weather I just added an extra blanket. And year round I sleep in summer pj's. I take melatonin every night, which helps me fall asleep, though waking in 2-6 hours varies. My hubby massages voltaren gel into any painful knots, and if necessary i take a muscle relaxer. On really bad nights I use tramadol. Hugs love and prayers your disability comes through and you can get in to a pain clinic! 🙂💕🙏🌸
