Hi. I've just brought the fategue add on but cannot find it to fill it in. Can anyone lay me know where it should be please ?

What fatigue add on? Is this something new?

Oct 28, 2016 9:53 AM

I think it's a paid add on in catch my pain, which (as far as I know) isnt being supported anymore

Thank you gotobef. :) I get lost easily.

If it's no longer supported they shouldn't be pushing it so hard. I get a push to buy it almost daily

Who is it that she needs to contact in response to this? Would it be Daniel?

Oct 28, 2016 10:18 AM

Yeah it would be Daniel.
I know when i purchased it long time ago it took around half an hour to show up and i had to create a new pain entry to see it.
Last time i had a problem with the app and emailed technical support i was told catch my pain isn't being supported and that i should get pain companion

Thanks everyone.
I was unaware it wasn't being supported. I've only just got the app to map my fibro pain.
I'm a little lost as I thought this community was part of the app? X

There are 2 apps that connect to the community. pain companion is the new one. It's better for the community portion. i still find catch my pain way better for pain logging. i have both

I'm still using the CMP app to chart my symptoms. I think it has more to choose from than tracking in PC app. Or at least i just like it better.

And catch my pain can be used offline. which might be one of the best things. So even if you have no Internet you can log your pain
