In so much pain from my house move!

Jul 22, 2016 5:46 AM

Argh! The pain is unrelenting and I'm no where near finished moving! There's so much to do I need to get carpet and get it down, there's painting to be done in every room including the hallway and collecting fridgefreezers, buying a microwave, oven and washing machine then putting everything into place and I only have my parents to help me.... And this is all going on whilst I'm in a flare!

Try YouTube hypnosis 20 minute power nap by Jody Whiteley every 2-3 hours and set an alarm clock to pace yourself. I've been going non-stop for 2 weeks between both places and the pain has increased, have trouble sleeping due to stress and some days my body won't even work so I literally cannot get out of bed. It is way too taxing on the body. Also make a list then rate order or importance and place on calendar with a maximum of 4-6 hours work per day ( or whatever your stamina is). Before and after photos really help. Lastly if you're in an area that uses Craigslist, see if you can trade items or something you do for help painting, unpacking, etc... forgot that I confided in my Dr and she doubled my prescriptions for 2 months which is the only reason why I'm able to move I'll never do it again. Best of luck to you and please learn from my mistakes with the tips above...
