Insomnia battle plus hunger

Nov 29, 2015 11:19 PM

Hi guys. I don't really need anything. I'm just fighting insomnia. I've tried my relaxation but once I get there I get hungry. It's so late but I may have to go find some food. Anyone up ? Hopefully you guys are sleeping. I hope I'm sleep soon.

Yep, I'm fighting it now as well. Went to bed too early and paying for that mistake. Might try again in a little bit. Pain flared up this morning, but only because I attempted to do too much.

Yes I think that's my issue after i made lunch today I fell asleep for like four hours. Inwas so tired so now I think I'm paying for it at least right now I'm not in any active pain as long as I lay here still. I'll take what I can get. But also like I said I'm hungry and trying to think of a quite snack I can get so I do t wake anyone

Yep, I understand. Got to get off here. My head is nodding off. Talk to you later on.

I am up. Sometimes I eat toast and butter when I get hungry in the middle of the night and still awake. Hope you catch some zzzz's soon.

That's what I was thinking. Well bread and hot sauce actually. Lol weird I know

Also sometimes apples and cashews work for me. I read about them on line somewhere to help induce sleep.

I always drink a glass of milk one hour before bed. But if I wake up hungry I eat saltines or Ritz reaches. I truly hope you all fell asleep! Having suffered major insomnia for years I feel for you. When my doc (psych) got my serotonin leveled I no longer has nightly insomnia. It comes only randomly, maybe 2-4 nights a month, and always connected to pain flares. 🙏🌼

My insomnia has gotten better. It's been weeks since I've had this happen so I'm glad for that improvement.
