Insomnia tonight

This is exactly how I'm feeling! It's 2:30am for me (I live in Idaho)

I feel like that all the time. PAINSOMNIA is my newest best friend.

I'm sorry you've been suffering with that. I think we could ALL handle things better if we could get some restorative sleep. Drugged sleep is not restful sleep but at least it's something. I hope you get some rest and that your day is a good one. {{{Hugs}}}💕😊

I'm sorry Tilda that you have this too. I hope you get some rest! 😪 Yes I have a busy day that I know is also going to cause a lot of pain but I'm sure that I will be exhausted and get some sleep tonight.

Alwayzinpain it sucks! I forgot to refill my sleeping meds so I could get some kind of sleep lol but I guess I can say I'm getting a little rest. I have so much to do today that I know is going to cause pain I'm sure I will get some sleep tomorrow. I hope your getting so sleep! 😴

I hate this, I never get a night of unbroken sleep anymore even on days I'm really busy and really active or days when I'm soo anxious and in massive pain, those days are the most tiring. I've found a electric diffuser with some essential oils added to the water like lavender, to help relax me and tea tree because we all have colds here, seems to help a little. It doesn't stop me waking up but it seems to help me have a better quality of sleep for the time I am able to sleep (it's probably psychological but I'm not gonna moan!)
I have it on in my bedroom at night and in the living room after the school run. I'm thinking maybe having it on before the school or when I have to go out to try and calm my ridiculously stupid and paralysing anxiety.
I don't know if something like that would help you at night?

I'm sending you {{{BIG GENTLE LOVING HUGS } } } XX

Painsomnia in the night, and paincoma in the day. Lol. I just made that up. When you can't sleep at night because of the pain, and your body won't let you wake up in the morning because of the pain. Hope you all have a wonderful day
