Been thinking of you and hope you've been doing. I'm hoping that things are going as well as they possibly can.

I'm doing okay, it's been a real stressful week and I have been fighting a migraine for a week, and a flair to boot because of the cold temperatures. Migraine has subbed some it's not as bad as it was. Got to take son back to doctors office, he had flu like symptoms and he was feeling better at office yesterday but returned with avengence. I hope that you are doing well. Sending love and support and Sunshine to brighten your day 💖🌞😘

That is a very good article....it explains why I've been doing a lot of things like getting half way thro a sentence and not only forgetting what I was about to say but completely forgetting what the conversation was about!
Even if my doctor says I haven't got fibro because my blood tests show inflammation I seem to have a lot of the other symptoms and the fogginess is one of the hardest conditions to accept (my memory wasn't the greatest to begin with!!!)

I hope you all have a pain less day and sending my love, extra spoons and big gentle loving xx

I enjoyed the article. Thank you for sharing! My rheumy doc has dx me with fibromyalgia & myofascial pain syndrome. My physical therapist recently used the myofascial release method for the tender point knots I keep in my shoulders and upper back. It improved and reduced all but 1 knot! 🙂💕🙏🌸
