Intro - newbie

Hello! :waves: 32 year old gal from Wisconsin. College student currently for web design after 12 years in healthcare. A bit quirky, adventurous (on my good days) trudging along a camera and gear, traveling with my husband in search of little hidden gems throughout the state. Otherwise, I may be trying out new recipes, crocheting, or soaking up words in a good book.
Netflix, Pinterest and my cat are my saviors on not so good days...but, I don't have to say much for that.

Hi! I am 57 but adventurous. Lol. Right now I am visiting my son in Montana. ( Emigrant).

I also love photography and camping. This year I want to try my hand at geocaching. I am single but usually I go to Texas to visit my best friend and camping buddy. We do primitive camping. There's just something about being out in the country that makes me feel at peace. :)

Mimikay, Montana is gorgeous! Used to travel all over before the chronic crap kicked in full board as a carnie. :) Geocaching sounds amazing! Sorry for the delayed answer...wasn't trying to be stuck up. Touched on primative camping a few times back in the day. Ideal would be to get an RV and go full time with the hubby, cat and future doggies after a few years of IT under the belt to support the dream

Welcome to the Asylum DizzyGypsy!! Glad that you found us. I love crystals and if I had that kind of stamina I'd go geocaching where they end up at a digging spot and you can dig your own crystals. That would be extraordinary. My passion is horses and they transport me to another place in time and to a total other realm. Nothing else exists when I have my hands on a horse. Looking forward for you to get to know us all. Hop in for support when you have bad days and send us pretty pictures when you find one of those gems you seek with your hubby.. sending well wishes and {{Hugs}}🤗💕

There is a spot up in northern Wisconsin I'm told that have an amethyst (sp) vein that is notorious for *deep* purples. Tried to make it up there last year to no avail...perhaps soon. I umderstand the transports to other times. I dont do horses but i try to capture that in pictures...

DizzyGypsy, I hope that you can make it to the amethyst mine. That would be the absolutely coolest thing to see. If you do, I can't wait to get and see the pictures.😊
