I'm constantly tired and can't focus on anything. When I sleep I never wake up feeling refreshed. If anything I'm even more tired.. my throat is off and on sore all the time and so is my left armpit and I'm always in like a brain fog if that makes sense...

I have the same issues, except instead of armpit pain I have neck issues. Even though I take percicet, I still have constant pain. I don't know what to do anymore.

I'm always tired even when I do have some sleep. It does make getting through the day harder.

Yes, but i have had troubles with my whole right side. Like a big bruise. And im so godawfull tierd al the time. Im so tierd and fatigued i feel like throwing up but i cant sleep.. Maby it is some big change in the weather? And one of the things that seems to help a little is to try take your mind of how you feel.. watching a really good show on the tv, since concentrating on reading is impossible.
Ifyou have a good painkiller, the kind that makes you even more tierd, take a double dose befor bed and sleep until you wake up if you can. It will make you less fatigued for a few hours after you wake up.

Actually confused I thought I was the only one with that problem. I don't have any idea on what it maybe. But I understand how you feel. I can go to bed at 8 pm and still feel exhausted and my armpit pain is under my left arm. Prayer's you can get the information you from your doctor and you can get treated.

Iam always in pain and I have to try different remedies to lessen my pain. I go through this daily.

Yes, my pain levels linger around an 8/10 and are constant even though I am on Morphine. The reason that we don't sleep well is that she. You have pain caused by things such as fibromyalgia, you can never get into REM sleep. This is the deep and restorative sleep that helps us wake refreshed. So, even if you get a few hours, you are still tired. I also deal with the fog and not being able to focus. Comes with the territory when you have fibromyalgia. I would speak to your doctor and see what he/she can give you to sleep. I take Restoril but have been on it so long, it doesn't keep me asleep. I hope you can find what works for you. Hang in there. 🌻🙏🏻

I was taking different medications for quite so.e time and I was getting side effects from them along with my fibromalgia. So I have decided I stopped all my medications. The only medication I take is Tylenol and vitamindd3. My body doesn't do well with pills and I was gaining from them also with my fibro bloating but now I feel a little better without pulls but I will always be in pain.

Confused, having the fibro tender points makes it hard to have a deep restorative sleep for me. On average I wake up every 1-2 hours all night, changing to a more comfortable position. I wake tired. Then there's my low B12 & B9-folate & Iron anemia & low D, plus the hypothyroidism and sjogrens related fatigue. It's possessible you have multiple contributing factors also. I know how you feel. I'm using vitamin supplements in hopes of reducing my factors. I wish you well in finding out and treating any contributing factors. We all could use more sleep that's refreshing & energizing! 🙏🌼

Hi again. I was having high level of confusion, and thank God I have a doctor that is always up on everything and willing to try what ever it is in the hopes it going to help...well he prescribed "Provigil for me, and what a difference it has made. Much less confusion and it like being able to see the whole world in hi def now...only take it when I need it? But when I need it I am back in the world almost like the old me ...well at least for a little while

It waxes and wanes but some level of exhaustion is always there. Pain keeps me up often and the brain fog drives me bonkers if I can remember what I got up for.

Sep 26, 2015 9:33 PM

I used to be like this but I had some blood work done and I'm not looking at lupus or MS. I already have trigeminal neuralgia and this is the cause of most of my exhaustion not getting enough sleep and foggy in the head as simply put.

I have Firo, and Sringomyelia and 5 yes ago I was dx with sleep apnea. I was exhausted all the time I was sleeping a lot but never was rested. I sleep with my C pap machine every night and hardly have to take naps anymore unless I am having a really bad day. I am rested when I wake up in the mornings now. Good luck
