It is important to focus on something nice and try to ignore as much pain as possible

Normally I do manage my pain quite well and are almost never off from work or har to stay in bed. I pray for this to continue for many many years to come!

My family and music help me forget my pain. When it´s too painful to hold my trumpet, I fix in on a stick so I still can do music with my wind band and orchestra :-)

The other thing is to be able to do activities together with my family <3
This in my 14-year old daughter, she make my days and I am so proud of her <3
She write songs herself and this one she wrote both the music and instructed my husband and me when we recorded this at home. I do the bass and my husband the tangents and fills.
My husband did the filming in the library in our town, and she produced the movie herself. Enjoy!
