joint hypermeability and osteoarthritis

May 21, 2016 5:27 AM

Hi. New to this app. I have jhms plus osteoarthritis in my hands.
I'm trying to find ways to manage my pain better.
Today is actually a good day. My hands where a little stiff this morning and only on going pain is my right knee. Hurts to walk. And medication didn't touch it. But hopefully the next dose will as just about to start a 8hr shift on my feet.

Welcome to the community family RavenWood7! I don't have jhms but I do have OA. I'm typically very stiff when I wake up, and loosen up as the day goes, unless I'm in a fibro flare. A warm shower always helps. I wear NewBalance or GravityDefyer tennis shoes because they provide more cushion support on my feet. And the GravityDefyer shoes have springs in the heel for extra support from shock. I hope you have a good day at work. Hugs & prayers! πŸ™‚πŸ™πŸŒΌπŸ’•
