Before I say what I am looking forward to I want to thank everyone for all the love and support we give each other I don’t like social media all that much because of how much bullying happens but, here I know I have a safe place to come to and talk with people who are older and deal with the same problems as me. Thank you so much everyone ❤️
This spring I am looking forward to sitting in the sun and reading some good books I am also looking forward to watching my step dad play baseball and to spend more time with my family on our boat.
Comment down below something you are looking forward to or something you are thankful for!
Talia, this iscommunity has been a blessing since I joined, I think in 2012-2013. Having become so sick and unable to get out I felt so alone and had no support. Back when I joined we didn't have a lot of young adults or teens on here, so it was quite an eye opener when newbies came on board, finding out many were born with their chronic issues. I hope this community will always remain a safe helpful support place for all of us. And having the younger members on here has been helpful to "new ideas" for the older members like me. We all have something to offer others, so I join you in saying thank you to everyone!
I am hoping to be able to take short walks in our local park. But first I have to get my hip healed so I can bear full weight on it. I am thankful that I am not in the shape I was between 2010-2015, mentally or physically! Although I'm still disabled and can't do many things I use to, I am finding new things or modifying how I do some of the old things.
Everyone have a blessed day, with hugs love & prayers! 🙂❤🙏🌼
Talia, I enjoy reading your posts and everyone’s posts. Am looking forward to summer. I too like to read. I sit out on our front porch with a lap quilt on and a large glass of decaf iced tea. I remind myself that things can be worse. I try to think of one thing each day that I am grateful for. Family, friends like all of you and an occasional decent day. I enjoy walking my dog in front and around our house. Here’s to a “good day.”🤗
@painwarriror that sounds like a fantastic plan I too have a dog and I read her books during the summer instead of binge watching t.v like all my friends. Sending love and prayers for good pain days your way 🙏🙏❤️
