Welcome to our community family HarleyQ! I have neuropathies in my hands & feet that feel like tingling and pins being stuck in them, or sometimes burning & tingling. I also have very similar symptoms on the left side of my head & face called trigeminal neuralgia. Neuropathies can be symptoms of fibro, but they can also be connected to other diseases & disorders. How long before you see the specialist, and what specialty (neurology, rheumatology, etc)? Tell us a little more description of the symptoms, and your other conditions. Hopefully others might have suggestions. Unfortunately, other than taking gabapentin for my fibro neuropathies, I just have to live with them. Compression stockings knee highs & compression gloves for my hands (open fingertips) help some. Hugs love and prayers you will get answers & treatment to better cope soon! 🙂💕🙏🌸

Rheumatology is who dx my sjogrens. I already had fibromyalgia & hypothyroidism. All three share very common symptoms. That's common with autoimmune illnesses (AI). It's very hard to get in with any rheumy doc, because there aren't that many of them. My stepmom has been waiting for over 4 months. Just track all your symptoms, when they start/stop, how long they last, severity, etc. Have you tried soaking in epsom salts baths, or potassium or magnesium? Potassium & magnesium helps with muscles. Big (((hugs))) & prayers for strength to get through! 🙂💕🙏🌸
