I am loosing the functionality of my hands, can't move my fingers hardly at all. The pain is awful and the opiates don't do a thing. I work from home and I type all day. I don't know how to make it better and my Drs just can't seem to fix it. I'm at my wits end.
I wish I could help you. Have you seen a naturopath? I know they are expensive and some insurances don't cover them but I'd be bedridden if I hadn't sucked up the cost and just went. I've gotten more help from a naturopath than any doctor.
Vizallygirl, could you have carpal tunnel syndrome? It causes pain, tingling, numbness, and even weakness. I've had surgery on my right wrist, but I'm holding out on the left because it's nowhere near as bad as the right was at surgery. I wear splints at night when they are bothering me badly, and sometimes in the daytime. Typing aggravates it. If you don't have any splints, consider buying some OTC, and see if it helps. Typing while wearing them is awkward at first, but it can be done. Hugs & prayers you can get some relief soon! 🙂💕🙏🌼
FlappyLady81 I can't actually move them it's like my fingers are stuck. When I try to move them it's unbearable. @autimmunes I wish I could. I work as an apple advisor so I have to speak to customers so doing talk to text with the Mac won't really work. 😕
