Kind of an update.

So I got home from the hospital yesterday, I got a core pack put back in for the next few weeks. So I can go get a bunch of tests done to figure out my issues with constipation and maybe some other problems. It will also help them figure out which tube is best for me, in for sure not getting a PEG tube because those generally go to the stomach, which is where my problem is. So I'm most likely getting a J tube, but the tests will help make that decision. Also something that I have been working on is quitting ciggarettes, and let me tell you, its hard doing it on your own especially with my mom who smoked and isn't quitting any time soon. So on the 23 I'm going to go talk about getting something to help with quitting.

But on the good news!!!.
Saturday I'm going to the home and garden show to meet drew and Jonathan scott from property brothers!!!!! I can't freaking wait!!!!

I used Chantix to quit. I was down to three ciggs a day and just didn't have the will power to give up those three. I started taking Chantix and a month and a half later the cigg tasted nasty so I had no problem giving them up. Rick on the other hand started back up within a couple of months being off the meds.

How exciting for meeting the Property Brothers!

Sorry you are still having so much trouble with the feeding tube. I hope they figure out which one will help you soon!

Congrats on the quiting smoking! My neuro. had A hissy fit when he found out that I smoked. Had to quit as he said it was making the DDD worse. My GP put me on Wellbutrin & I managed to stop. It makes me extremely cranky & out of sorts because truly I did not want to quit. Still having tremendous cravings after 3 months & I want to smash something! Lol
I sure hope they get your med problem sorted out. Good luck, Jenna.
