I have suffered from pain in my knee for 2 years now after a bike accident, I recently had physio to help build my strength all over my body for my hypermobility and fibro, but since Tuesday I've had terrible pain in my knee and it's just getting worse! I don't know what to do, none of my painkillers are helping and I'm really struggling with stairs, any advice?
