The dea just tried to ban it..it was lifted people flipped out aloooooot of people are switching to kratom from opiates n other drugs and big pharma dont like it.its like marijuana its natural side effects are minimal and its cheap.the issue with kratom is you have to find a reliable vendor

I wouldn't be able to work at all, let alone do day to day things without kratom, I have been a daily user for almost a decade now. 97% of Everyone I have shared it with loves it and has helped their life in various ways...There are many many kratom sites out there and I've tried dozens but my favorite is http://www.pabotanicals.com or luckykratom, speciosaspecialists are also top notch but their prices reflect it. Maeng Da is the way to go for me but there are many charts with the generally accepted uses of each strain. I would recommend it to anyone, even my own mother takes it for arthritis! I hope even one person tries it and gets relief that would be enough for me

Napsonthebeach, preferably just a stiff tea is best, measuring is very important for consistency, I say start at half tsp, if it's good move up by half tsp every morning until you find your good amount, can use it 3x a day. I use 1 tsp in the morning and one after lunch, maybe right before bed. Worse side effect you get from too much would be a slight headache.

Another plant I can recommend that isn't too widely know yet would be 'Akuamma' it isn't the indigineous name but it's coming under heavy attention as a similar item to kratom, and it does work very well for hard to medicate pain, here is some information https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akuammine
