Hi guys What's the best ways to help with dropping off to sleep?
A lot of people use thing like melatonin and lavender oils. Im sorry i cant be of more help. This is a struggle for me as well. My doctor gave me anti-anxiety meds, but those havent worked for me either.
Docs are doing that with me but they don't help they help a little with my anxiety but nothing helps with sleep I can't do lavender oils as I'm allergic
