Hi Subostar,
What type of bleeding? Have you given your pelvis area time to rest and recover? Are you in pain or have a fever. Are you on a blood thinner or taking lots of Advil/aspirin.
Who took it out, do they have experience? I would ask the doctor or pharmacist.
I remember it being put in, both times for a couple days after I was in big pain. Like miscarriage pain. I think that when they pulled out the first one it felt similar. I did bleed but only for maybe days not two weeks. I currently have one in, also with the old one I would get blood discharge if I was active.
I am on my second mirena. This time it has not helped the way I was told it would. The first time they put it in they were reading the instructions at the same time as insertion 😳 When they took it out it felt like they had yanked it out.
I wish you well. Take care. Beets

Hi Subostar85
I had a similar experience. Go back to your doctor and tell them what's happening. They can give you something to stop the bleeding.

I went on a med called transexemic acid to stop the same bleeding. Ur GP/PCP can help xx
