I have realized that leaving a positive comment May help all of us have a better day. My goal is for all of us to have read or said a positive goal to make it through our bad pain days. I will start my goal is to be able to get my chores done by the end of the week.
I need to get up in the morning and drive to the pool, or go for a walk. Get those endorphins going. Rest is rust (on days you can move around ok). Say 3 things I’m grateful for each day. Thanks..that feels better already..ha
I am in the advanced stages of a terminal disease. Sometimes I don’t feel like getting up and doing anything. Since last week I’ve made a habit out of getting up at the same time every morning whether ive slept or not. I also make myself walk my pups at least around the block so I get some exercise and fresh air. I’m almost always glad I got out. 😊
