I had a so so good day yesterday. Had errands to do and some shopping. It was good to be out the house. I've had a constant pain in upper thigh on right leg even withbmefds it still dull pain. So today that leg pain has expanded to knee and back calf and up to the hip and knee on left side burns. I have been doing attached but its been light. I did do some lifting yesterday. A case of water but it was really more of a dragging the water.. Any who... I'm nervous when I walk since one the pain and after a few steps I get a shock and it buckles.. I've been good with not falling lately and I want to keep that going. Are there any tips other then just staying off it..
The one good thing is my mom saw jhow I was walking so she is doing the cooking and I'm more then happy to let her..lol i's tired of cooking ..although I do love it butg u know.. Lol
About the leg and what not? What would y'all do? Will the cold \hot rubs work? Or just pain meds? I don't normally take anything during the day. Just morning meds and night. And also numbness in hands and arm. That just stared as I'm typing this.
