Can a decrease in lexapro cause fibro pain to worsen

Short version I would say yes. Because of the effect of seratonin on smooth muscles (and other reasons) many dictors prescribe antidepressants to their patients that have chronic pain. Seratonin carries signals along and between nerves - a neurotransmitter.
Serotonin is thought to be especially active in constricting smooth muscles, transmitting impulses between nerve cells, regulating cyclic body processes and contributing to wellbeing and happiness.

My serotonin is supposedly low, according to 2 different lab tests, one blood, 1 saliva.
