I have had pain all my life I take nothing most of the time. One thing that struggle with is when Im around people I get anxiety so have take anxiety meds before I walk into my job stress is not for me I work in a grocery store. Its not the job its the public. How do you past that anxiety

Fluffmeister, may I ask how old you are? The reason I ask is because when I was much younger I had anxiety being in public places where I had to talk to strangers. I am 54 now, and even though I still get anxiety in public, it has become easier to adjust and get through it without a panic attack. For me it helped most by taking a public speaking course in college and having to give reports at business meetings. I found that what I thought other people were thinking was all year in my mind, keeping me anxious. I learned to look directly at people and smile. Smiling generally brings a smile back to me, but sometimes I get to chuckle because it really catches some of guard. That's when I know they weren't thinking what I imagined. Take deep breaths with your eyes closed to try and relax too. I oppose this helps! 🙂🙏🌼

Weezie, I tried that.. All it did was make me want to giggle and sometimes when I'm nervous (really nervous) I'll giggle at weird times!! 😳

Weezie, I had the same response as AlwayZ! Lol. I have looked in the direction of faces but just above heads.
