Lightheaded due to chronic pain?🤔

HELLO EVERYBODY.
IM WONDERING IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT SUFFERS FROM DIZZINESS, LIGHTHEADED WHEN THEY RAISE THEIR ARM OR LIFT ANYTHING ABOVE THE SHOULDERS?
THIS SEEMS TO BE HAPPENING NOW FOR ME WHEN I LIFT/ RAISE MY ARMS ABOVE MY SHOULDERS. I HAVE CHRONIC PAIN. CAN THIS BE A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR?
I DUNNO. THIS IS WEIRD. I DONT LIKE IT.
IVE DONE NOTHING DIFFRENTLY IN MY LIFE.
ANY HELP WOULD BE HELPFUL.😊

Left side upper torso. I cant even sleep on my left side.

Shoulder, side of my neck.shouldee blade and the left side of my face often goes numb when i go above my head...

Hmm...what you described sounded like it might be neurological but I'm just guessing. Many things can cause those symptoms though

If every time you reach up and you're getting light-headed you may want to talk to a Cardiologist. I remember grandma would reach up to put things away in the cabinet and she would black out in the kitchen. It turns out she had a lot of blockage in her carotid arteries.
