Little acts of kindness go a long way

Dec 18, 2015 9:11 PM

I'm so thankful for understanding and helpful coworkers. I have to do a 16 hour shift today and I know for a fact that I cannot do it without having somewhere to lay down and rest. Luckily my job is babysitting computers and fixing things when they fail so unless something goes wrong I do have periods of down time. Anyways, one of my coworkers was kind enough to set up the cot that we keep hidden in the back room for me so that I would have a place to rest when I needed it. Well 12 hours in and I'm so happy that he put it together for me since I really needed to lay down and I can't put it up by myself. I know it's not much but to me that little kindness is a big deal right now.
